Hi Lauren , I went to try it and it's right ... my website was super slow, Users can't create a ticket.
The plugin created 3 pages "my-tickets" and 3 pages "submit-ticket" ...
it's weird ... Do you already contact the support of this plugin ?
Sound a good plugin ... but doesn't work fine with Flatsome ... maybe is fault of the plugin owner ^^
