Feature request: add possibility to add follow icons.

I would like to add untappd as a follow icon (as a brewery).
Native support instead of additional plugins is highly preferred.

Hi Jeroen,
Its possible to add custom share and follow icons with a PHP snippet. It also allows reordering if needed or change anything on existing icon really.
