Flatsome UX Builder Not Loading on Homepage – Preview Shows 'Nothing Found'

Hello Flatsome Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the UX Builder on our WordPress website: https://www.voltaikenergie.ch/
Since today, I have been unable to edit our homepage (Page ID: 685) using the Flatsome UX Builder.
The builder gets stuck on
“Loading UX Builder”
, while the preview displays “Nichts gefunden” (Nothing Found)
.I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:
- The public homepage loads and displays correctly.
- The UX Builder works normally on all other pages.
- I copied the entire homepage content to a new test page. The UX Builder works correctly on that page, including when using the “Page - Full Width”template.
- The standard WordPress preview works correctly.

- I have tested different browsers, cleared caches, and temporarily disabled several plugins, but the issue persists.
Website environment:
- WordPress: 7.1.3
- Flatsome: 3.20.11
- Active theme: Flatsome Child Theme
- PHP: 8.3.33
- Homepage: Static page (ID: 685)
The UX Builder was working correctly on the homepage earlier today, but it suddenly stopped loading.
Could you please investigate why the UX Builder appears to use a preview URL that does not correctly load our static homepage?
I would appreciate your assistance in identifying and resolving this issue.
