Add to cart when product is out of focus. Please check http://woocommerce.devmanextensions.com/google_marketing_tools/product/vneck-tee/
Scroll to the bottom and you can see the add to cart at the top.

I had one issue with this feature, the social share icons appear on top of the cart. I know I can add a custom CSS to fix this issue but not everyone knows CSS.
z-index: needs to be higher than what is set in this plugin
