Hello Flatsome Support,

We have purchased the Flatsome theme and are currently using:

WordPress Version: 6.8.2

Flatsome Theme Version: 3.19.15

We are experiencing a serious issue with the image editing feature in WordPress. When we try to edit an image from the Media Library, the image does not load in the editor. Instead, the preview area is blank or broken.

We have Tried Deactivate all other plugins and Switching to the default theme.

Please assist us in resolving this issue. If this is a known bug, we would also appreciate a temporary fix or recommended version.
